1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the bw99 platform available at bw99.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bw99 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bw99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Use of the bw99 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are permitted to register and use the Platform only if all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for using bw99 is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies irrespective of any applicable local laws that may set a lower minimum age for gambling activities.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bw99 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not classified as a self-excluded player under any existing exclusion arrangement on any gambling platform.

bw99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the player's eligibility cannot be confirmed to bw99's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold during this period. If a player is found to have provided false eligibility information, all balances in the account may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bw99 Platform features, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bw99. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bw99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all related accounts may be suspended and any balances may be confiscated pending investigation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify bw99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• bw99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must keep your registered account information current. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension or delayed withdrawal processing.
• Account registration is free of charge. bw99 will never request payment to open or maintain a standard player account.

bw99 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for the decision.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and the Company's internal compliance framework, bw99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. bw99 may also request verification at any other time at its discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) — issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Passport — bio-data page clearly legible
• Driver's Licence — issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority
• Proof of Address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months
• Payment Method Verification — confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your name

bw99 is committed to processing KYC submissions promptly. Standard verification is completed within 24–72 hours of receipt of complete and legible documentation. During the verification period, deposits may continue to be made but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bw99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bw99 may add or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Standard BDT mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• bw99 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider's transaction fees may apply independently.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any associated transaction costs.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your bw99 KYC information.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours following approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bw99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bw99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must meet any minimum deposit, account age, or verification requirements specified in the promotional terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.
• bw99 operates a strict one-bonus-per-household policy. Players sharing a residential address, device, or IP address may be limited to a single bonus claim per promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering loopholes, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• bw99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or circumstances outside the Company's control.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bw99 is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game or betting market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet placement: A bet or wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake amount is deducted from your account balance. Bets that have not been fully confirmed are void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game, market, and account tier.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error that affects the outcome or odds of a bet or game, bw99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. bw99's decision in these circumstances is final.

• Game provider rules: Casino and slot games are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The rules of individual games are governed by the game provider's published rules and the outcome of each game round is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bw99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Money laundering: Using the bw99 Platform to launder proceeds of illegal activity or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive game format offered on the Platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between markets in a manner that constitutes professional arbitrage activity rather than recreational betting, as determined at bw99's sole discretion.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after depositing funds and using them on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineer the Platform's software, or interfere with bw99's infrastructure in any way.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

bw99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where criminal activity is suspected, bw99 reserves the right to share relevant account information and transaction records with the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bw99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• bw99 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Without limiting the foregoing, bw99 specifically does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures or device malfunctions on the player's side during an active bet or game session.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, leading to unauthorised access.
• Accuracy of third-party game provider content, including game rules, payout tables, or return-to-player (RTP) figures, which are the responsibility of the relevant game provider.
• Any decisions made by a player based on information provided on third-party websites not operated by bw99.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bw99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bw99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bw99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the bw99.io website.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bw99 operates as a platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country or territory of residence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the bw99 internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing any formal proceedings. bw99's decision on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account operation is final and binding where based on the application of these Terms.
